Summary: The role of Business Analyst – AI Enablement in the Pharma Domain focuses on leveraging AI initiatives within regulated pharmaceutical environments. The candidate will be responsible for identifying AI-driven business opportunities, gathering requirements, and supporting AI/automation pilots. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify AI-driven business opportunities within the Pharma domain.
• Gather requirements and map processes related to AI initiatives.
• Support AI/automation pilots and drive adoption across regulated environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

Key Skills:

• Recent Pharma/Biotech domain experience.
• Knowledge of Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Manufacturing/CMC, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, or Commercial functions.
• Experience with AI/Automation, Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or Low-Code Platforms.
• Understanding of GxP, ALCOA+, 21 CFR Part 11, AI Governance & Risk Frameworks.
• Strong Business Analysis, Process Mapping, Requirements Gathering, Jira, Visio/Lucidchart experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
