Business Analyst - Active SC - £450 Outside IR35 - 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers and stakeholders.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
• Identify business process improvements, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Support UAT, requirements validation and delivery of business solutions.
• Ensure requirements align with standards, policies and objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, user stories and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and UAT.
• Active SC (Security Check) clearance is essential.
