Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements discovery for moderately complex projects, enhancements, or system changes.
- Facilitate requirements sessions with business stakeholders, Product Owners, technical teams, QA, and other project participants.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business needs, including gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts to users or systems.
- Create business process models, workflows, and visual documentation using formal notation such as BPMN when appropriate.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear business, functional, stakeholder, non-functional, reporting, and acceptance criteria requirements.
- Ensure requirements are understandable, testable, traceable, and aligned to the stated business need.
- Support the development and maintenance of Requirements Traceability Matrices for assigned work.
- Identify impacts across systems, operations, reporting, training, and other business areas.
- Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, developers, QA, OCM/training, and business stakeholders to support refinement and delivery.
- Help decompose larger requirements into smaller, actionable work items for development and testing.
- Communicate analysis findings, requirements decisions, risks, and unresolved questions clearly to stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Support consistent use of BA standards, templates, and documentation methods.
Key Skills:
