Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare project-related documentation for software development projects.
- Utilize strong interpersonal and analytical skills to communicate effectively in English.
- Conduct hands-on requirements elicitation and manage client relationships.
- Facilitate interactive sessions with business and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze production support issues to determine root causes and document necessary corrections.
- Assist clients in identifying and solving business challenges.
- Develop and maintain design documents and business process diagrams.
- Work with business personnel to define functional design and systems specifications.
- Guide business and functional units in user acceptance testing and implementation activities.
- Write and verify quality standards and test procedures.
- Review business requirements and translate them into test procedures.
- Understand the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Utilize JIRA for creating stories, test cases, and executing tests.
- Demonstrate advanced-level use of Oracle/SQL queries for testing.

- 10+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and prototyping tools (Visio, SnagIt, Adobe Illustrator, Axure).
- Hands-on experience in requirements elicitation and technical documentation.

Education and Experience »
- Business analysis experience on software development projects including: the preparation of project related documentation.: 10+ years.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written/verbal/presentation communication skills in English (specifically technical writing); and well versed with MS Office suite of products and prototyping/screen mock-up tools such as Visio, SnagIt, Adobe Illustrator, or Axure.: 10+ years.
- Hands-on requirements elicitation; client management and technical documentation including traceability, use cases, prototyping, and data modeling.: 10+ years.
- Facilitating interactive sessions with business and cross functional teams.: 10+ years.
- Strong analysis experience and expertise in assessing Production Support issues to determine Root Cause and document items needed for data or system correction.: 10+ years.
- Developing/maintaining an understanding of key business drivers/impacts, assisting clients with identifying and solving business: 10+ years.
- Develop/write design documents and diagram business processes: 10+ years.
- Facilitating analysis of business and functional requirements and design of technology specifications, working with business/functional personnel: 10+ years.
- Defining functional design and systems specifications; preparing/reviewing/delivering completed packages.: 10+ years.
- Participating in and providing guidance to Business and Functional Units in developing and completing user acceptance testing, training, and implementation-related activities.: 10+ years.

- Working experience using JIRA (Creating stories, Test cases, Test execution and JIRA reports): 8+ years.
- Skill/understanding of Smoke Testing, Regression testing, Black box testing, white box testing, and manual and automation testing. Experience must demonstrate advanced-level use of Oracle/SQL queries: 8+ years.
Preferred:
- Working in Agile environment: 8+ years.
- Skill with developing Web application testing automation using Java and Selenium, or similar. : 4+ years.
- Familiarity with database queries and the ability to create input data and verify data updates.: 6+ years.
- Working experience with Salesforce Projects: 6+ years.
- Experience with process improvement strategies and methodologies.: 6+ years.
- Proven ability to lead change and design more efficient processes.: 6+ years.
- Experience in Oil and Gas industry as well as general compliance and enforcement related projects as a Business Analyst.: 6+ years.
- Proven ability to work compatibly within multifaceted teams; resolve conflict; and deal with challenging situations.: 6+ years.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent work experience.: 6+ years.
