Summary: The role of Business Administration (MBA) - AI Content Specialist involves leveraging MBA expertise to train and evaluate AI models on real-world business challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Design Complex Business Challenges — Create advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, cap table modeling, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, and more
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Develop rigorous, step-by-step model responses featuring financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality rationales that serve as the benchmark for AI training
- Audit AI-Generated Business Content — Evaluate AI outputs including business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
- Refine AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical failures in AI outputs and provide structured, actionable feedback
- Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule
Key Skills:
- Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
- Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
- Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style summaries and professional recommendations
- Highly detail-oriented — you catch errors in financial formulas, faulty data interpretations, and weak business arguments
- Comfortable working independently with a consistent, methodical approach
- No prior AI or tech experience required
- Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy is a nice to have
