Summary: The role of Business Administration (MBA) - AI Content Specialist involves leveraging deep business expertise to design complex business challenges and evaluate AI-generated solutions. Candidates will create rigorous case studies and audit AI reasoning to ensure logical consistency and accuracy. This is a fully remote, flexible contract position that allows for independent work. No prior AI experience is required, but a strong background in business disciplines is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior.
- Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Craft rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as the benchmark for AI training.
- Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional soundness.
- Identify and Fix Flawed Thinking — Catch errors in AI reasoning such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback.
Key Skills:
- Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
- Strong command of at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management.
- Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style recommendations.
- Precise and detail-oriented when working with financial models, data interpretation, and business arguments.
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
- No prior AI or tech experience required.
- Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy (nice to have).
- Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows (nice to have).
