Summary: The role of Technical Surveyor/Inspector involves diagnosing repairs related to damp and mould in properties for a Social Housing Provider. This position is remote and requires the candidate to have a full UK driving license and vehicle for property visits. The contract is initially for three months, with a standard working week of 36.25 hours. The role also includes a mileage reimbursement for travel from the home location.

- Attend properties as required to assess conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Skills:
- Experience in building surveying or property inspection.
- Knowledge of damp and mould issues in residential properties.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic DBS check clearance.

RATE £32.94 per hour UMBRELLA and mileage rate (45p) available from home location!
** THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE **
Description Damp, Mould and Disrepair Surveyor - Building Inspector able to attend properties and diagnose repairs linked to Damp and Mould.
9am to 5pm - 36.25 hours a week (45 mins unpaid break) cover for 3 month secondment - Location is HASTINGS.
Must be a driver with full UK driving license and vehicle.
45p per mile for mileage and this will be paid from home will need a basic DBS before can start the role!
