What You ll Bring
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
8+ years of solution architecture experience, with a focus on large-scale BSS in telecommunications or similar industries.
Proven expertise in architecting cloud-native, microservices, and SaaS solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise systems, with applications such as dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and real-time recommendations.
Deep understanding of BSS domains and processes (customer management, product catalog, order management, billing, revenue management).
Practical experience with domain-driven design, event-driven architectures, and API management.
Strong grasp of omnichannel strategies, digital transformation, and customer journey optimization.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs, eTOM, SID, or similar industry standards (preferred).
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is a plus.
