Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Broadcom Top Secret Software Administrator to oversee enterprise security on z/OS mainframe environments. Responsibilities include user profile management, security assessments, and coordination with various teams to maintain compliance and security integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Broadcom Top Secret (TSS) security software on mainframe z/OS systems.
  • Create, modify, and delete user profiles, permissions, and security groups in accordance with policy.
  • Implement and manage Resource Access Control Facility (RACF) integration or work in multi-security product environments.
  • Monitor and audit access logs, generate reports, and conduct security assessments.
  • Coordinate with system administrators, developers, and security teams to manage access and compliance.
  • Assist in security incident response related to access violations or mainframe breaches.
  • Participate in audits and ensure system is compliant with NIST, FISMA, DoD, or other regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including SOPs and technical diagrams.
  • Patch, upgrade, and configure the Top Secret environment as needed.

Key Skills:

  • 15+ years of experience administering Broadcom Top Secret in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of z/OS, JCL, and IBM mainframe architecture.
  • Experience with security compliance frameworks such as FISMA, NIST 800-53, etc.
