Summary: Artefact is looking for a Braze Marketing Expert to assist a key client in executing marketing campaigns using the Braze platform. This part-time freelance role requires a professional with extensive experience in campaign delivery and expertise in Braze. The position is remote but prefers candidates based in the UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns in Braze

About The Role
Artefact is seeking an experienced Braze Marketing Expert to support a key client, MAB, in the setup and execution of marketing campaigns using the Braze platform. This is a part-time freelance/contract role, ideal for a hands-on marketing professional with a strong background in campaign delivery and deep expertise in Braze.
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns in Braze
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into actionable configurations
- Ensure proper audience segmentation, message personalisation, and journey orchestration
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements
- Provide light documentation or handover guidance as needed
Engagement Timeline
Week of 11th August: 5 days
Weeks of 18th & 25th August: 2.5 days/week
From 1st September to 31st October: 1 day/week
