Summary: The Junior Brand Governance Auditor supports brand and regulatory audits for sublicensee partners, ensuring compliance with company standards. This role involves managing audit data, tracking compliance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to evaluate brand consistency. The position also generates insights for leadership and assists in partner communications. The role is full-time for a duration of 6 months, with a potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process large amounts of data applicable to brand and regulatory audit criterion over the course of the 6-month audit process
- Organize partner-submitted materials recording brand violations to ensure accurate record keeping
- Maintain audit trackers and support remediation of non-compliant materials identified during the audit process
- Generate and compile reports on the audit results and present them to relevant supervisors and department heads
- Support the ongoing Marketing Review process
- Support program communications and partner inquiries on audit process as required
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing, brand, or related role requiring adherence to brand, visual identity, and regulatory guidelines
- Strong time management skills with ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
- Analytical mindset with ability to bring objective approach to review
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
- Ability to operate within a cross-functional team
- Familiarity with brand marketing, communication medium and technologies
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, or other project management software. Adobe Workfront is a plus
- Previous experience in marketing, brand management, or auditing
- Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Job Description: The Junior Brand Governance Auditor supports the execution of brand and regulatory audits across the clients sublicensee partners, ensuring adherence to company and co-brand standards. This role is responsible for managing high volumes of audit data and tracking compliance throughout the audit lifecycle. Under the direction of the Sr. Analyst, Sublicensee & Audit, this role works closely with internal stakeholders, evaluating brand consistency across partner materials, and supporting remediation efforts. They play a key role in generating insights that inform leadership decisions and serve as a support point for partner communications to drive clarity, and operational efficiency across the program.
