Summary: The role of BOOMI UKG WFM Platform Architect is a contract position focused on experienced candidates with a strong background in Workday integrations and the Dell Boomi platform. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast of the USA. The architect will lead technical configurations and integrations for UKG WorkForce Management solutions, ensuring successful implementation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical configuration of Time tracking, Advanced Scheduling & forecasting, accruals, Analytics & Reports, Dell Boomi Integration, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration and compliance.
- Lead the Configuration and Troubleshooting for following modules in UKG Pro - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activities.
- Lead the design of integrations using Dell Boomi and other integration platforms aligning to the best practices and customer priorities.
- Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new as need basis.
- Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- UKG PRO WFM certifications (highly preferred).
- Prior experience with Dell Boomi platform.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or system analysis.
- Experience in the use of API integration and web services.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and integration concepts.
- 5+ years of experience developing target state architecture for UKG WorkForce Management and Payroll solution.
- Prior working experience in developing integration between UKG WorkForce Management solutions and other HRIS systems (i.e., Workday).
- Knowledge on integration with multiple platforms like WFM, Workday SAP, Financial systems, skills systems like Aveva, DataLake, etc.
- Experience with XML, JSON, and SQL.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and cross-functional teams.
- Previous Experience Leading large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and providing strategic direction.
- Expert in UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Dell Boomi, and Device Manager.
- Deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, systems integrations and WFM best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Must have 5 + years of experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
- UKG PRO WFM certifications (highly preferred) (UKG Pro formerly known as Ultipro)
- MUST HAVE PRIOR experience with Dell Boomi platform.
