Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integration solutions leveraging Boomi.
- Build, deploy, and maintain integration workflows across applications, data systems, and cloud platforms.

Key Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the IT industry.
- Boomi Proficiency: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Boomi development and architecture, including work with API management, EDI integrations, and cloud/hybrid connectivity.
- Integration Architecture: Solid understanding of iPaaS concepts and best practices, including API-led integration, event-driven design, and microservices-based architecture.
- Cloud & On-Prem Integration: Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying integrations across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments using Boomi AtomSphere.
- Data Handling & ETL: Skilled in data mapping, transformation, and orchestration involving various data sources like SQL/NoSQL databases, flat files, and cloud-based systems.
- Enterprise Systems Integration: Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- API & Web Services Expertise: Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs, including the design, development, and management of web services.
- Security & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of API security, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT), data encryption, and regulatory standards like GDPR and HIPAA.
- Performance & Monitoring: Proficient in monitoring, debugging, and optimizing performance of Boomi integrations.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Working knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation in integration ecosystems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges independently.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Experience leading integration projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
