Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases, scenarios and scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration and UAT testing.
- Validate ITSM workflows, configurations and platform changes.
- Identify, document and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
- Support testing across ITSM implementations, upgrades or platform changes.
