Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using BMC Remedy Helix and ITSM modules.
• Debug issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Create and modify server objects such as Forms, Menus, Active Links, Filters, and Escalations.
• Utilize XML technologies for data transformation and service orchestration.
• Set up monitors based on logs and utilize UNIX commands.
• Implement upgrades and manage AR ITSM workflows, REST APIs, and Remedy Administration.
• Develop progressive views and customizations for enhanced user experience.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with BMC Remedy Helix application 20.x+ and ITSM modules.
• Knowledge of BMC Truesight Orchestrator.
• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Webservices/Rest API.
• Knowledge of Shell or Python scripting.
• Familiarity with XML technologies (XQUERY, XPATH, XSLT).
• Understanding of log-based monitoring setup.

• Experience with upgrades, SmartIT, Dashboard, Virtual Chat, and Customer Interface integration.
