- Utilize XML technologies for data transformation and service orchestration.
- Set up monitors based on logs and utilize UNIX commands.
- Implement upgrades and manage AR ITSM workflows, REST APIs, and Remedy Administration.
- Develop progressive views and customizations for enhanced user experience.
