Coordinate between HCLTech workstreams and Americold to resolve blockers and keep the go-live date defended
Manage cutover planning and go/no-go decision process in coordination with Americold stakeholder
Drive template governance from site 1 onward — capturing lessons learned per site, updating the rollout playbook, and ensuring each successive site runs more efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Technical lift and shift from RP 2009 to BY 2023 using SPADE by enabling the standard configurations migration
- Interpreting the output to make upgraded environment work
- Establish URLs routing to WMS service on Source and Target servers for Spade to connect.
- Analyse / Construct / Verify migration of Config/Master data from source to target.
- Promote DEV to Pre-QA and complete required testing protocols.
- Refresh master data from Prod as needed for testing and mock go-lives
- Promote QA to PROD and disable services on Old Production. Cutover to Target Production environment and Phase out old Production
