Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver successful WMS rollouts aligned with operational goals for warehouse implementations.
- Serve as the primary SME for Supply Chain operations, system development, training, and change management.
- Configure, integrate, and validate Dematic software within ASRS and automated material-handling environments.
- Partner with engineering teams to design solutions for customer-specific automation needs.
- Execute system installation, commissioning, and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain documentation including design specifications and user procedures.
- Analyze system performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support integration of legacy systems with new warehouse execution components.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Blue Yonder.
- Strong experience in SQL Scripting and MOCA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or G Suite.
- Experience with modern cloud-based WMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop contingency plans.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
