Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver successful WMS rollouts aligned with operational goals for warehouse implementations.
  • Serve as the primary SME for Supply Chain operations, system development, training, and change management.
  • Configure, integrate, and validate Dematic software within ASRS and automated material-handling environments.
  • Partner with engineering teams to design solutions for customer-specific automation needs.
  • Execute system installation, commissioning, and performance testing.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including design specifications and user procedures.
  • Analyze system performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Engage with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
