Biztalk Developer

Summary: The Biztalk Developer role requires a highly experienced software developer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, particularly BizTalk Server. The position is primarily remote and involves collaboration with various functional areas to design and deploy BizTalk as an enterprise shared service. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions on the Microsoft Platform with a focus on Microsoft BizTalk Server.
• Utilize BizTalk components such as Schemas, Orchestrations, Pipelines, and Adapters.
• Implement Business Rules Engine (BRE) and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM).
• Ensure adherence to BizTalk best practices and design patterns.
• Work with WCF, XML, and web services for application development.
• Manage BizTalk application deployment processes.
• Develop web services using C#/ .Net, WCF, XML, and XSD.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other functional areas.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
• 8 years of experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (2009/2010/2013).
• Proficient in web service development using C#/ .Net, WCF, XML, and XSD.
• Strong understanding of BizTalk application deployment processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
