Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, solve, and review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related areas to design complex problem statements
- Evaluate AI-generated biological content for scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to enhance model reasoning
- Ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of scientific rigor and precision
Key Skills:
- Holder of a Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field
- Experienced with Python or R for research, analysis, or data-driven projects
- Deeply knowledgeable in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- An exceptional communicator — able to explain complex scientific concepts clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows (nice to have)
- Background in research publication, peer review, or scientific editing (nice to have)
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model outputs as an end user (nice to have)
