Who You Are
- Holds a Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, or similar
- Confident coding in Python or R for research, analysis, or data-driven projects
- Deep expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Exceptional written communicator — you can explain complex science with precision and clarity
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in an async environment
- Fluent in English
