Role Responsibilities ( Training support will be provided) :
- Create and Assess Complex Chemistry Problems : Develop and evaluate challenging problems in chemistry across various subdomains such as organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, analytical chemistry, and biochemistry.
- Evaluate AI-generated Responses : Ensure scientific accuracy, chemical reasoning, and domain relevance in AI-generated outputs.
- Provide Written Feedback : Offer clear, structured feedback on chemistry problem sets, mechanisms, and solutions.
- Collaboration with AI Researchers and Engineers: Work asynchronously to refine AI systems and improve model performance.
- Ensure Academic Rigor and Scientific Precision : Ensure that all chemistry content used to train or evaluate AI systems maintains academic rigor and precision.
