RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Madison, WI that is seeking a Guidewire BillingCenter for an overnight production support role. This role will be focused on L2 support; no bug fixes/coding. This position is overnight, 7 days/week, 10 PM - 6 AM CST. No daytime support is needed.
Summary:
This team will supply list/guidance on the activities the BillingCenter Application Support will be accountable for, any activities outside of that scope can be escalated to on-call BillingCenter team member. They will be responsible for the operational health of both BillingCenter, including proactively monitoring batch jobs, scheduled tasks, and overall application health using tools like Datadog. The BillingCenter Application Support will also be acting as the first line of defense for production issues, responding to automated alerts, conducting initial troubleshooting, and resolving incidents when possible.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. This range may be modified in the future.
