Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement new pricing models, product catalog structures, and revenue recognition rules within live Zuora Billing (ZB) and Zuora Revenue (ZR) environments while maintaining operational stability.
• Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex billing, rating, invoicing, and revenue recognition issues.
• Translate Finance and Controllership requirements (including ASC 606, month-end close policies, etc.) into technical Zuora configurations.
• Ensure reliable integration and data flow between Zuora and enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and related platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across billing operations, revenue processes, integrations, and overall solution architecture.
• Provide architectural oversight and recommendations to support the ongoing scalability, performance, and optimization of the Zuora platform.

Key Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue in live production environments.
• Strong expertise in Zuora architecture, configuration, and optimization of existing implementations.
• Solid understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards, with practical experience in revenue recognition processes.
• Proven experience working with APIs, middleware integrations, and data flow troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and SAP.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and issues to non-technical Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
• CPA certification or a formal background in Accounting is a plus.
• Preferred but not mandatory experience working within complex billing, subscription management, and revenue recognition ecosystems.
• Prior experience scaling, optimizing, or evolving an already established Zuora platform is an advantage.
