Billing & Operations Coordinator

Job at a Glance:

Responsible for supporting the NMU Team (Non-Matching Up Streams) with node segmentation work, updating billing systems, and ensuring accurate speed and service data.

This role involves coordinating billing system updates, troubleshooting, and performing various tasks related to node segmentation and system accuracy, contributing to improved speeds and reliable services.

Location:: 100% Remote

Work Schedule:: M-F 9-5 local time with some flexibility

Pay Rate:: $25/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Duration of Contract:: Contract with extension/conversion possibility

Responsibilities:

• Assists with project status to ensure progress toward completion and required procedural steps are completed fully and in a timely manner.
• Creates construction jobs from a variety of intake sources. Validates documentation and information available to proceed. Where needed, obtains additional information to move the job forward.
• Leverages Plan tools to assess nearby jobs for integration.
• Participates in the design of broadband communication systems using various design software packages.
• Prepares special keys, charts, diagrams, and graphic drawings for use by other departments.
• Updates and maintains system maps, keys, and design files.
• Tracks and keeps current system spreadsheets and documents.

Required Skills:

• Excel proficiency
• SQL experience highly preferred
• Telecom background highly preferred
