BI Lead | 6-Month Contract | £425/day (Inside IR35) | Remote (UK)
I'm working on a great one at the moment for a well-established organisation in a highly regulated environment.
They've already made good progress pulling together operational and compliance data from multiple sources, now they need a hands-on BI Lead to take that foundation and turn it into real, trusted reporting: data models, dashboards and insight that senior stakeholders can act on.
You'll own the full BI lifecycle end-to-end, working alongside an existing team of two, providing technical direction and mentoring along the way.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience delivering BI/reporting solutions from multiple, disparate data sources, end-to-end, not just dashboards
- Strong data modelling and data quality skills, producing reporting that stands up to scrutiny
- Comfort working autonomously where BI capability is still maturing
- Confident stakeholder communicator, translating complex data for non-technical audiences
- Must be able to obtain UK Government SC clearance
- Power BI (DAX, Power Query), SQL, and experience with audit/assurance/regulatory reporting.
Six-month initial contract, with genuine potential to extend or go permanent.
