Step into a high-impact, 6-month transformation role where you will overhaul the global benefits landscape following a major US-led merger. We are looking for a strategic expert who can navigate complex US health and welfare benefits while leading a global platform implementation and vendor consolidation project.

The Role

  • Lead the revamp of a comprehensive benefits programme across multiple international entities to ensure post-merger alignment.
  • Take full ownership of US Business-As-Usual (BAU) benefits administration, managing open enrollment, 401(k) plans, and medical/dental/vision renewals.
  • Drive the implementation of a new global Benefits Platform (HRIS integration), ensuring seamless data flow and employee user experience.
  • Orchestrate complex RFPs and manage vendor negotiations to optimize cost-efficiency and service delivery across global markets.
  • Partner closely with the Compensation team to ensure a total rewards strategy that attracts top-tier tech talent.

What You'll Need
