The Role
- Lead the revamp of a comprehensive benefits programme across multiple international entities to ensure post-merger alignment.
- Take full ownership of US Business-As-Usual (BAU) benefits administration, managing open enrollment, 401(k) plans, and medical/dental/vision renewals.
- Drive the implementation of a new global Benefits Platform (HRIS integration), ensuring seamless data flow and employee user experience.
- Orchestrate complex RFPs and manage vendor negotiations to optimize cost-efficiency and service delivery across global markets.
- Partner closely with the Compensation team to ensure a total rewards strategy that attracts top-tier tech talent.
What You'll Need
- Proven expertise in US Benefits Administration is non-negotiable, including deep knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, and US healthcare markets.
- Experience managing benefits for a global workforce of 3,000+ employees, ideally within the technology or SaaS sector.
- Strong track record in platform implementations (e.g., Workday Benefits, Mercer Marsh Benefits, or similar HRIS tools).
