  • Perform daily reconciliations of all bank accounts, maintaining strict adherence to Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR) and ensuring all discrepancies are addressed promptly.
  • Post entries into the finance system as required so that every cashbook entry can be matched efficiently against corresponding bank transactions.
  • Add bank transfers to banking platforms specifically for reconciliation purposes, supporting seamless integration between systems.
  • Assist in preparing detailed month-end reconciliation reports that provide transparency for internal review and audit requirements.
  • Monitor and record all financial transactions meticulously, ensuring each item is correctly posted, categorised, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Manage shared query inboxes by delivering timely, accurate responses to both internal colleagues and external stakeholders who rely on dependable information.
