Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring backlink quality standards are consistently met
- Managing backlink builders and vendors
- Tracking backlink status (live, pending, lost) and reporting
- Managing backlink budgets and cost efficiency
- Improving processes, quality control, and scalability over time
Key Skills:
- Proven experience building and managing backlinks for SEO
- Strong understanding of backlink quality, relevance, anchors, and placement
- Hands-on experience with guest posts, niche edits, and manual outreach

We’re a revenue-focused search marketing agency that builds a high volume of backlinks every month for ecommerce and service-based clients. We have proven systems in place and are looking to hire an experienced Backlink Manager to help us scale. This is not an entry-level role. We are only considering candidates with direct backlink experience .
What you’ll be responsible for
