Backend Engineer - Node.js/TypeScript

Role summary

My client is seeking a senior Back End engineer to support the Client programme, with a focus on Node.js, TypeScript, API-driven development, and scalable application architecture.

The role requires an experienced engineer who can work effectively in an AI-driven delivery model, assess technical quality, and collaborate across Back End, Front End, and DevOps disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance Back End services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Develop and support API-driven Back End capabilities aligned to the wider application architecture.
