Back End Web Developer / Engineer (Database & .NET Focus)

We are seeking an experienced Back End Web Developer / Database Engineer to manage enterprise database solutions and back-end services supporting high-concurrency applications. This candidate will perform database administrator/engineer duties for platforms supporting 1,000+ concurrent users, automating configuration, and integrating databases with .

NET Core and Entity Framework.

Mandatory Qualifications (M1 – M6)

• M1: Minimum of 7 years of experience in back-end web applications, open-source web programming languages/frameworks, and development best practices.
• M2: Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field (or equivalent qualifying experience substituted on a year-for-year basis).
• M3: Minimum of 7 years of FTE experience designing and implementing enterprise database solutions across multiple platforms (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• M4: Minimum of 5 years of FTE experience developing and deploying automated tools for database configuration, monitoring, and performance.
• M5: Minimum of 5 years of FTE experience integrating databases with .NET-based applications (.NET Framework Classic, .NET Core, and Entity Framework).
• M6: Minimum of 5 years of FTE experience performing DBA or Database Engineer duties for an enterprise platform supporting 1,000+ concurrent users, with hands-on expertise in patching/upgrading, .NET integration, high availability/disaster recovery, security/compliance, automation/scheduling, or post-patch monitoring.

Desirable Qualifications (D1 – D4)

• D1: Active certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or AWS Certified Database – Specialty.
• D2: Experience with application performance monitoring and profiling tools.
• D3: Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence for sprint planning and stand-ups.
• D4: Experience implementing secure authentication/authorization, securing REST APIs, and applying encryption for data protection.
