Business Analyst Clinical Data Engineering
seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Clinical Data Engineering initiatives through a Functional Service Provider (FSP) engagement. This role will work closely with clinical, data, and technology teams to help drive scalable, datadriven solutions across the clinical development lifecycle.
What You ll Do
- Partner with Clinical Data Engineering teams to gather and document business and technical requirements
- Translate clinical and operational needs into user stories and functional specifications
- Support initiatives involving clinical data ingestion, integration, and analytics
- Collaborate in Agile teams, supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT
- Work with stakeholders across Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Technology
What We re Looking For
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in pharma or biotech
- Handson experience working with clinical data or clinical data engineering teams
- Strong understanding of clinical trial data and systems (e.g., EDC, labs, eCOA)
- Experience supporting data platforms, pipelines, or analytics solutions
- Comfortable operating in an FSP / embedded delivery model
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to cloudbased data platforms
- Familiarity with clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC)
- Experience working in global, matrixed environments
