Role: Power BI Developer
Location - Poland/remote
Contract - UoP or B2B



We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to work with a UK client, developing and optimizing financial reporting systems for a large capital group.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop Power BI reports to support financial operations.
Utilize Snowflake and DBT for data transformations and analytics pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Enhance reporting systems for scalability and performance.
Support data integration using Azure tools like Synapse Analytics and Data Factory.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in data development with a focus on Power BI.
Proficiency with Snowflake, DBT, and SQL.
Strong data modeling and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English and ability to collaborate with international teams.
Based in Poland for occasional in-person meetings.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Azure tools (Synapse Analytics, Data Factory).
Experience with financial reporting systems for large organizations.
