Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable Azure infrastructure
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Build and optimize data platforms leveraging Azure Databricks
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and DevOps teams to support data pipelines
- Automate deployment processes and improve CI/CD workflows
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Implement security best practices, including identity and access management
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and infrastructure issues
- Maintain documentation for architecture, processes, and deployments
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (eg, VNet, Azure AD, Storage, Key Vault)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- Proven experience with Azure Databricks and data platform architecture
- Proficiency in Scripting languages (eg, Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (eg, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and cost management
- Understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL/ELT pipelines
- Experience with monitoring tools (eg, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)
