Summary: The Azure Integration Engineer will play a crucial role in a consultancy focused on delivering integration solutions within the Higher Education sector. This hands-on position involves building integrations across various university platforms using Azure Integration Services. The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-organizing, and capable of collaborating with architects and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Experience in the Higher Education sector and familiarity with Agile methodologies are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build integrations across multiple university platforms including student records, finance, VLE, and accommodation systems using Azure Integration Services.
- Work closely with architects and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions.
- Participate in Agile delivery teams, contributing to the overall project success.
- Utilize Azure Durable Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and DevOps practices.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Bicep.

I'm working with a specialist consultancy delivering a major integration programme within the Higher Education sector and they are looking for an Azure Integration Engineer to join the delivery team. You will be building integrations across multiple university platforms including student records, finance, VLE and accommodation systems , using Azure Integration Services. This is a hands-on role in a consultancy environment , so they are looking for someone who is self organising, proactive and comfortable owning delivery , working closely with architects and stakeholders.
