Summary: The Azure Infrastructure Architect/Lead IaC Engineer will serve as the technical lead for a critical digital transformation project, focusing on the end-to-end migration to Azure. This role involves architecting Azure Landing Zones and containerizing essential applications while ensuring a secure multi-cloud environment. The position requires active SC clearance and offers a remote working arrangement for a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end migration journey to Azure, including architecting Azure Landing Zones.
- Create blueprints and implement scalable, secure multi-cloud environments.
- Containerize mission-critical applications that support national services.
- Utilize a "security-by-design" approach throughout the migration process.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of on-prem to Azure migration using CAF/WAF best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform & Bicep.
- Expert knowledge of AKS (Kubernetes) and Azure Container Instances.
- Deep experience with CI/CD orchestration using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

A leading IT solution provider is seeking an expert Azure Migration Architect to lead a high-stakes digital transformation project. You will be the technical lead for the entire end-to-end migration journey-from architecting Azure Landing Zones to containerising mission-critical applications that underpin services of national importance.
In this role, you will create blueprints and implement scalable, secure multi-cloud environments using a "security-by-design" approach.
Must have Skills
- On-Prem to Azure Migration: Proven track record of end-to-end transitions using CAF/WAF best practices.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Advanced proficiency in Terraform & Bicep (Mandatory).
- Cloud-Native Mastery: Expert knowledge of AKS (Kubernetes) and Azure Container Instances.
- CI/CD Orchestration: Deep experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
6 months Contract | £500 to £550 a day | Remote Working
