Summary: The Azure GenAI Engineer role involves designing, building, and delivering enterprise Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, with a focus on rapid prototyping and secure LLM integration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build end-to-end solutions using Azure OpenAI Service and Copilot-based architectures
  • Leverage Azure AI services (Cognitive Services, Azure ML) to integrate LLMs into enterprise systems
  • Build data pipelines using Databricks and Azure Data Factory
  • Implement Azure Cognitive Search to combine structured and unstructured data (e.g., SharePoint, documents)
  • Develop secure Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise content
  • Deliver AI proofs of concept in ~60 days using agile, use-case-driven approaches
  • Run intake sessions to evaluate and prioritize AI use cases by business value
  • Build LLM-powered workflows integrated with Power Automate and Microsoft 365
  • Orchestrate AI agents and pipelines while ensuring security, governance, and compliance
  • Act as a self-sufficient contributor across architecture, development, testing, and light DevOps
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders and clearly explain outcomes

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a hands-on Azure GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deliver enterprise Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
