Summary: This role is for an Azure DevOps Engineer on a 6-month contract, primarily remote, with a focus on supporting a world-leading organization. The position requires a solid understanding of various Azure services and related technologies, with an emphasis on security clearance. Candidates with prior high-level security clearance are encouraged to apply, as security clearance will be required before appointment. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Azure IaaS/PaaS services including logic apps, web apps, app gateways, vnets, and APIM.
- Implement containerization using Service Fabric or Docker.
- Manage version control with GIT.
- Develop scripts using Powershell or other scripting languages.
- Work with SQL and Entity Framework.
- Create and manage ARM Templates and Terraform.
- Utilize Azure Entra/AAD and Azure B2C.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and YAML configurations.
- Design networking architecture and IAM solutions.
Key Skills:
- Solid understanding of Azure IaaS/PaaS services.
- Experience with containerization (Service Fabric/Docker).
- Proficiency in GIT.
- Scripting skills (Powershell or otherwise).
- Knowledge of SQL and Entity Framework.
- Experience with ARM Templates and Terraform.
- Familiarity with Azure Entra/AAD and Azure B2C.
- Understanding of YAML and CI/CD processes.
- Networking architecture and IAM knowledge.
