Summary: The Azure DevOps Admin role is a contract position focused on managing and automating Azure DevOps processes. The candidate must be located in Mexico, Canada, South America, or nearby regions, excluding India. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing access, and integrating Azure DevOps with various tools. The position is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate manual tasks and retrieve required data in ADO by developing PowerShell scripts using ADO REST APIs
- Manage the ADO access automation process and assign appropriate ADO licenses to users
- Manage AAD groups, ADO security groups, permissions, and access levels
- Configure new Kanban boards and support users with Boards, Backlogs, and Sprints setup
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline related issues
- Maintain and customize work item fields and process template
- Install and manage ADO extensions
- Support the team in integrating ADO with different tools
- Troubleshoot access and repo-related issues
- Maintain and cleanup self-hosted build agents
- Monitor audit logs for unusual activity and system health
- Work with GitHub and SonarQube

- Experience as an Azure DevOps Admin
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and ADO REST APIs
