Azure Cloud Engineer

Required Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python and automation technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and data integration processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or comparable tools.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Azure Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
• Experience with Azure databases, application services, secure connectivity, and multi-environment deployments.
• Understanding of API integration, authentication mechanisms, secrets management, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with application security testing, including DAST, vulnerability remediation, and secure development practices.
• Experience with root cause analysis, production troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimisation.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, automated testing, and release management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage complex technical assignments independently while maintaining accountability for quality and delivery.
