Summary: Our client, a leading Consulting firm, is seeking 3 AWS Support Engineers for fully remote contracts lasting 3 months. The role involves providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for AWS Connect, including troubleshooting and documentation, while working with a customer in California during PST hours. Candidates should have relevant experience in AWS Connect support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 phone support for AWS Connect.
- Troubleshoot issues related to AWS Connect.
- Document processes and support activities.
- Provide maintenance and operational support to Senior Engineers building a new AWS Connect environment.
Key Skills:
- 2 - 3 years of experience providing Tier 1 & 2 support of AWS Connect.
- AWS Connect troubleshooting experience.
- Experience in building custom reports for AWS Connect Reporting Dashboard.
- Documentation experience.
- Some level of AWS certification (desired).

Our client, a leading Consulting firm, is in need of 3 AWS Support Engineers for initial 3 month fully remote contracts. The AWS Support Engineers will be supporting a customer in California and will need to be okay supporting PST hours. They will be responsible for providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 phone support, troubleshooting, documentation, M & O Support to the Senior Engineers who will be building out a net new AWS Connect environment.
Required Skills:
- 2 - 3 years of experience providing tier 1 & 2 support of AWS Connect.
- AWS Connect troubleshooting experience.
- Prior experience helping to build custom reports to show efficiency of configurations and integrations in AWS Connect Reporting Dashboard.
- Documentation experience.
Desired Skills:
- Some level of AWS certification.
