About the role Royal Cyber builds agentic AI solutions on AWS for manufacturers and supply chain teams, including an MRP exception solution in production at a global electronics manufacturer. We're looking for an experienced supply chain practitioner who can represent our domain expertise to AWS partner teams and customers. You'll explain the business problems our AI solves, check that our solutions match how planners actually work, and help us win deals in manufacturing, auto and retail.

What you'll do

• Join partner and customer calls (AWS Connect Decisions team, prospects) as Royal Cyber's supply chain expert
• Describe planning, MRP and shortage-management problems in business terms, and show how agentic AI changes the work
• Review solution designs and demos for accuracy: exception types, mitigation logic, how planners work day to day
• Help with discovery workshops and proof-of-concept scoping, and help define business cases and ROI
• Advise on change management and how to get planners to trust AI recommendations
• Help shape go-to-market for discrete/auto manufacturing, retail and mid-market companies
• Help create thought leadership: webinars, events, case studies

Must have

• 15+ years in supply chain planning, procurement or operations at a discrete manufacturer (electronics, auto, industrial) or a large retailer
• Hands-on with MRP and S&OP, shortage management, and supplier and distributor management
• Experience with planning and ERP platforms such as Kinaxis, SAP (S/4HANA, IBP, APO), Oracle or o9
• Has led a planning or digital transformation program, in-house or as a consultant
• Credible with executives: can talk shop with a VP of Supply Chain and with an AWS product leader
• Excellent presenter

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics or automation in supply chain
• Familiarity with AWS (Bedrock, Amazon Connect Decisions, Supply Chain)
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP)
• A network among mid-market manufacturers and retailers
• Previous consulting or pre-sales experience

• Joins and adds credibility to partner and customer calls from week one
• Helps turn conversations into 2–3 qualified proofs of concept within 90 days
• Improves our demos and positioning so they hold up with real planners
