What You Bring
5+ years of experience as an AWS Solutions Architect
Deep, hands on AWS experience across compute, networking, storage, security, and IAM. This is a non negotiable. You need to know the fundamentals of building in the cloud cold, not just at a high level
Real experience running infrastructure migrations end to end, from discovery through cutover
Strong Terraform or CloudFormation skills. You should be comfortable reading and reviewing a plan line by line, not just approving one based on a summary
Real experience architecting or delivering GenAI, LLM, or agentic AI solutions, not just familiarity with the concepts
Experience leading distributed or offshore engineering teams, including reviewing their work directly rather than trusting it by default
Strong customer facing communication skills. You will lead client meetings directly, including with executives, not just sit in on them
Consulting experience or instincts. You can read a room, manage a difficult client conversation, and advise rather than just execute
A track record of catching problems early rather than cleaning them up late
Comfort saying no or slow down to both junior team members and to customers when something is not ready
Budget awareness and the judgment to know when a technical decision has a cost or scope impact
