Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain security platforms for cloud applications and pipeline security.
- Design, develop, and configure security tooling.
- Work with a varied tech stack, including Azure, AWS, and diverse SaaS tools.
- Implement necessary security controls within development pipelines.
- Manage stakeholder communication and interpersonal relations at both technical and non-technical levels.
- Conduct basic threat modeling and dynamic security testing.
- Automate security processes and configurations.
- Utilize scripting languages for security automation.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and practices.
- Engage in software development at a senior developer level.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant experience.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a security tooling/SOC environment.
- Experience with Cyber Security application within development pipelines.
- Understanding of source control and development platforms (GitHub, ADO, etc).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of compliance standards and secure development practices.
- Basic threat modeling and dynamic security testing experience.
- Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Experience with Azure/AWS security configuration and security automation.
- Knowledge of information security concepts and technologies (e.g., IDS, SIEM, SOAR).
- Experience with SIEM toolsets, including the ELK stack.
- Software development abilities at a senior developer level.

* Experience with working in a security tooling/SOC environment.
* Experience with application of Cyber Security within development pipelines.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills at both a technical and non-technical level
* Is able to not only understand Software Development but identify and implement the necessary security controls a developer would not have the knowledge and skills to execute
* Working knowledge of compliance standards.
* With working knowledge of secure development practices and standards.
* Basic Threat Modelling and dynamic security testing experience.
* Experience with Scripting (eg python, bash, etc) essential.
* Experience with Azure/AWS security configuration.
* Experience of security automation.
