  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Lambda execution and integrations
  • Monitor and analyze AWS CloudWatch logs and system metrics
  • Implement robust error handling, retry logic, and resilient processing patterns
  • Support AWS Step Functions orchestration for complex workflows
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents
  • Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to support deployments and system stability
