Summary: The AWS File Cloud Administrator will be the primary administrator for a critical enterprise cloud environment, managing cloud-based systems and providing technical support to ensure seamless operations. The role requires extensive experience in FileCloud administration and AWS management, particularly in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Candidates should thrive in an autonomous environment and possess deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and storage administration. This position is fully remote, requiring availability for scheduled video interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience managing FileCloud platforms, including staff onboarding, user provisioning, data migration, and Tier 3 technical support.
- Solid track record of configuring and managing AWS cloud infrastructure, specifically for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and core business applications.
- Deep technical knowledge of infrastructure components (Network, Storage, Windows/Linux environments, CLI, and VM infrastructure) alongside advanced systems security methods.
- Proven ability to independently handle on-call shifts, nightly/weekend patching, system upgrades, and complex environment troubleshooting.
