Urgently hiring for a DevOps engineer to work in a team of talented infrastructure specialists.

This will be an opportunity to work on enterprise microservice architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment and maintenance of resources onto AWS
• Creating infrastructure in line with design documentation
• Developing, migrating and integrating customer workloads into AWS
• Implement modern IaaS/PaaS infrastructure
• Monitoring and supporting services in the cloud using infrastructure as code
• Deployment of cloud resources in-line with architecture for hosting applications
• Using DevOps principals to automate end -to-end CI/CD pipelines for testing and monitoring
• Development of in-house scripts and tooling for automation and streamlining of tasks
• Support and troubleshoot infrastructure, service and configuration incidents
• Containerisation using Kubernetes
• Undertake directed code reviews and use refactoring techniques
• Working on enterprise codebase
• Design, correct and test programs and code scripts, as well as defining test conditions
• Ensure a secure and compliant environment
• Using Git and GitLab for version control

Essential Skills:

• You MUST be pre security cleared to SC level
• 5+ Years experience in DevOps Engineer role including IaC experience
• Expert in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, Redshift and VPC configurations)
• Skilled in Git & GitLab, GitLab CI
• Skilled in creating CI/CD pipelines
• Seasoned in programming languages: Terraform, Python, Bash, Ansible
• Experience using Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud security practices

Desirable Skills:

• GitLab Runners, AWS Grafana & Prometheus
• AWS certifications
