Summary: We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud/DevOps Engineer to join a leading bank in London. The role focuses on designing and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure while supporting critical application deployments. The position is primarily remote with occasional travel to the London site. This is a 12-month contract opportunity within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS.
• Build and manage Kubernetes clusters for scalable and secure application hosting.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Manage and optimize networking configurations within AWS to ensure secure and efficient connectivity.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure seamless and secure deployments.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues.
• Maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in AWS cloud architecture and services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• In-depth knowledge of networking within the AWS environment, including VPCs, security groups, and routing.
• Experience in designing and deploying scalable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure.
