Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and support Amazon Connect solutions using Infrastructure as Code.
- Develop and configure contact flows, IVRs, routing profiles, queues and custom CCPs.
- Build automation and serverless solutions using AWS services.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements and migration activities.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, workforce management and third-party applications.
- Develop reporting and monitoring using AWS-native tools.
- Implement AI capabilities using services such as Amazon Lex and Polly.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, security and compliance.
