Summary: The AWS Connect Engineer role involves supporting the implementation and optimization of Amazon Connect call flows within client call centers. Client has been implementing Connect throughout their call centers the past few years. They currently have one engineer supporting Connect call flows and he s stretched thin with other project responsibilities. They are looking to bring on additional expertise to support the routine Connect work in additional application modernization support for additional projects.
Top Skills Details:
- Amazon Connect expertise ability to setup call flows, optimize call flows, enable API s. Integrate with Cisco & AT&T
- Java experience core Java, SpringBoot, Microservices, etc.
Work Environment: Candidate will work alongside numerous engineering teams but only one other expert with AWS Connect
Additional Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience utilizing AI code agents is highly preferred as they are currently using cursor, claude, and replit.
