Summary: The AWS Connect Agentic AI Engineer (Bedrock AgentCore) role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered customer engagement solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS Bedrock. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement AI-powered customer engagement solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
  • Build and orchestrate autonomous AI agents for customer service, support automation, and intelligent workflow execution.
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI capabilities into contact center environments.
  • Develop conversational AI workflows including voice bots, chatbots, virtual assistants, and agent assist solutions.
  • Configure and optimize Amazon Connect components including contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and integrations.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using AWS-native AI services.
  • Integrate Bedrock Agents with enterprise systems, CRMs, APIs, and third-party platforms.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Connect Agentic AI Engineer with deep expertise in Amazon Connect, Generative AI, and AWS Bedrock AgentCore to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI-powered customer engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building autonomous AI agents, integrating conversational AI into contact center ecosystems, and leveraging AWS cloud-native services to create intelligent, scalable, and secure customer interaction platforms.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Amazon Connect, AWS Bedrock, AgentCore orchestration, LLM integrations, conversational workflows, and real-time AI automation.
